Now, go back to the setting page, click Users Guide/Helpful info, and then choose the User’s Guide. You will see that the website installed into PS4-WIFI will be displayed.

 Step 8:

Finally, get a USB removable hard drive, format it as exFAT, and put the PS4 pkg games in the root directory. Then, connect the USB hard disk to the PS4 console, enter Settings on the screen, and click Debug Settings -> Game -> Package Installer, it will automatically show the pkg games stored on the USB hard disk, choose the game and then click O on the pad to install them.
